My new G sedan
I picked up a 2006 G35 last weekend in Lakeshore Slate. Has about 40k mi on it and in great condition both inside and out. I fell in love with this car immediately the way it feels and drives. I've owned a slew of Maximas in the past, so the G felt so natural while driving. I'm planning on starting with an exhaust and suspension upgrades.

I like those cars soo much! I test drove one for my father and it just blew everything else I drove out of the water. I test drove it against 08 altima, 08 accord, Legacy GT, and a 09 maxima. The closest one it came to was the Maxima but we couldn't come to an agreement. They were asking for 24000 for 13k miles on a used 2006 w/nav in silver...wouldn't budge at all on it.
Thanks, it was in good condition. There are only a couple minor exterior flaws, even the wheels are near perfect condition (a lot I looked at had curb rash) The interior even smells new yet. My only grip is it didn't come with floor mats, and Infiniti no longer embroiders their floor mats, so guess I'm stuck with plain mats.
Looks good, I always go back and forth as to whether I'd get a sedan or a coupe. On the one hand you have function for more people, but on the other you have the smaller sportier car. Are you going to lower it with the new suspension pieces or just have a more aggressive ride.
Very nice. A lot of us former Maxima owners eventually get a G. I actually owned 3 Maxima SE's, 2 350Z's, and the G35 drives very much like the 350Z, since it rides on the same platform. I also have an I35.

I have a 240z I'm working on that is my "fun" car, and a truck that has a pretty small backseat, so I needed something more on the practical side, that's why I chose the Sedan. I was temped by the coupe, but my wife put the kibosh on that plan real quick.
I'm thinking about trying the Z springs on it first to drop it just a bit, and tighten it up some. Maybe some swaybars, not exactly sure yet. Have to do some research.
I still love the Maxima's especially the 4-5th gens. when my current beater dies, I might look for like an 03 Maxima for my new beater if I can swing it at the time.
