Probably a silly question :/
Hey everybody!!!
Let me start off by saying that my previous car was a Honda.... sooo i don't really know a lot about Nissan/Infiniti, sooo do be surprised by any noobism from me
. well... there is no gentle way to ask a dumb question, so i'm just going to get right to the point. could a vq35 motor fit into the g37? or is there some kind of Frankenstein setup that i don't know about... like vq35 head and vq37 block? the reason i ask is because i was looking up parts for a g37 and came up short when it came to the head..... not sure if this makes any kind of sense, but remember... i'm a former Honda man lol. any feed back is much appreciated

you might be able to swap hr heads onto the g37 however why put a more restrictive head on a motor? what exactly are you looking to do to your car? intake, exhaust, and tune will be about all you can do to these cars without tearing into them and doing a high compression build or f/i setup. your best bet is to not do anything to it and go f/i its the most bang for your $
