The window seems to go up and down level, and adjusts properly when door is opened closed but at over 60mph the top of the window toward the rear of the car goes outside of the lip on the roof creating a 1/8-1/4" gap. also the front of the window rattles against the front window guide rail whenever its fully closed or open.

Any tips on where to start adjusting the window to fix these issues?

 

Are you missing some of the bolts on your metal frame that holds the window track? I took mine apart when I needed to replace my window motor. Nothing seemed to be adjustable up in their.

 

Ill check those again, but pretty sure i went over every bolt when i took the door panel off to change speakers and they were all tight.
