actually... if you replicate the INGS+1 kit but mold in where the license plate holder is it wouldnt be a counterfeit. Counterfeit's have to be identical, not similar....FYI...


With that said... Im down for an INGS+1...

 

Your right any minor changes and there should be no problems, from what im hearing the Ings+1 and T/S are being replicated and are almost done but i dont know what company, I guess will have to wait and see

 

Its not a matter of copying, it just myself as well as most of the other people on these board DO NOT want to pay $2300+ for a lip kit its not like this kits is made in full carbonfiber i could get the carbonfiber one made for less than half that price

We have many copies of kits available all day long. The trick is they cannot have a copyright/patent on the product.

TopSecretIII is in the US now and they have a legal team for people like me who used to grey market their stuff in. Imagine what they'll do to you if you copy the bumper?

I copied Impul's wing because there was not a patent in the US and we are fine, but TS will have someone for lunch.

INGS is not intended for US consumption and does not have a US home office or real distribution set-up.

Patent on a front bumper, don't think so... Design infringement maybe... There could be a patent on the production process and/or the design... With a few tweaks and changes, and you're safe.
