What is involved in doing this and is it possible. I like the amuse ti exhaust but they dont make it for a g. What has to be done to fit it, if its even doable.

 

I think Tailspinz did this. I believe it requires a short section of pipe to accomodate the slightly longer wheelbase. PM him and he may be able to give you some insight.

 

My friend has the Amuse R1 Titan on his G coupe. You just need an extension piece to elongate the midpipe. The tips will be too short though. I have a 350Z exhaust on my G35. I can sell you the extension piece if you would like.

 

Hi there... I am the pefect guy to ask.I just did it about 2 months ago. You need a 7 inch stainless steel pipe to be connected and just weld them together.no problem

 

Hmmmm....I wonder if it works with the GReddy as well...I bought an Evo2 for my 350, and then, got rid of the 350 for my G35 coupe.....

 

As long as the GReddy has a single midpipe connecting to the Y-pipe, the extension should work.

 

you can use this extension piece on any exhaust that is single exit.. the tips may be sliiiightly short for clearing the rear bumper depending on the exhaust...

we are modding a 350z NISMO exhaust's tips today to get them a little longer for the G35...
