Default Negative Camber After Mounting 19s??

My rear tires are noticeably tilting in now after mounting 19s...is this normal?

The car already has a bit of negative camber already from the factory. It's just more noticeable now that you have bigger wheels.

I noticed it as well when I mounted my 20s

is your car dropped at all? if it is, you may have to get toe and camber adjustable bars. your tires will thank you in the long run. if you jus' put on your springs, let 'em settle out for a month or so before you get an alignment.

ah, well in that case, moog's right.

ps-adjustment arms will still help, significantly.

The fact that you put 19" wheels should have no effect because the diamater of the tire is the same. I think it looks more negative because your tires are more than likely much wider than stock so it exaggerates it.

lowering your car actually makes it worse. lowering it about 1.5" throws the geometry all out of whack. you'll definitely need some adjustable rods then, even the front a-arms (really expensive).

yes, it will definitely cause your tire to preaturely wear on the inside, unless you fix the camber. toe will affect straight line stability and cornering (camber also affects cornering).

G35 Coupes rear camber is more noticible then the Z... you dont really notice it as much until you really look, and you really look when you put on new wheels!

factory settings (camber) on my z was eating the inner tire edge in the rear from the amount of neg camber. i have a less aggressive camber setting now after my car is lowered as opposed to factory settings to eliminate the need to replace my tires every 10k miles.........
