i don't mean to offend.. it just doesn't seem there there is anything of focus to those pictures at all.. and blurring the middle one kind of takes away from the whole thing. if you really want to mess with apeture you should do it during the daylight since there is no depth of field at night time.

please don't take this as a flame or anything, just offering advice that was given to me when I first starting using a digital camera. there are tons of GREAT tutorials online to help learn how to take good pictures and how to set up good compositions.
