If I am looking for what I need to know to buy wheels.

As of right now I am thinkin 20s... So I think I remember in the 40s for offsets...

1. Offsets?

2. Whats the widest Rear Wheel I can go with and Not have trouble?

3. Whats the widest Front Wheel I can go with and not have rubbing...

4. As far as tires go... What is the tire size for 20s that are common and cheaper?
