Default Apexi PS Revolution exhaust

I saw an add in an Option magazine for a Apexi PS Revolution exhaust for our cars. From the picture I saw it looks really nice. It's too bad I can't read Japanese. Does anyone know anything about this exhaust? The muffler has this turbine thingy in it.

You can look for it here in the products section.

yes, that turbine thing you were talking about is acutally acting like a valve. At low RPM it's closed, and only leave smaller exit area for exhaust gas to leave, which result in maitaining back pressure. However, at hight rpm, it will opens up, since exhaust gas increased. It's one of the method to maintain the back pressure at low rpm for big pipe exhaust.

from the Apex'i Japan website, it looks like it's a single big pipe single outlet exhaust, but the price was TBD the last time I checked, so I assume it's not out yet. And even it's out, I am not sure it's coming to US or not. I do hope it comes

Interesting. The picture I saw in the option magazine was the exhaust on a Z. It was a dual, kinda like our stock exhaust though I'm not sure it was true dual or not. When I get back from Canada, I'll scan the picture and post it.

Shouldn't all the JDM exhaust fit our USDM cars?

I think for Z, whatever fit JDM fits USDM

It will be cool if they bring it over here, so we don't have to ship them over here and over pay for it.

No, whatever fits JDM cars DOES NOT fit USDM.

They do not have an EVAP canister, thus giving them a LARGE amount of room in the rear right of the car.
