now shoudl the resonated ones be louder than the high flow cat ones?

i would guess they are louder, probably but not by much

test pipes and high flow cats are two different things...

test pipes are like straight pipe replacements for the stock cats

high flow cats are cats that are less restrictive then the stock ones

 

The resonated test pipes give the same flow as straight through pipes, they simply have a resonator inline to quiet it down a bit.

The resonated pipes are deaper and slightly louder than stock, while the hi-flow cats sounds almost like stock.

yes they bolt up, with all necessary hardware.
