Default NEW! HKS Hi-Power is finally here!

Yesterday in a press release from HKS USA we were informed these Cat-Back Systems are now available. Many are presold and first run stock is very limited, we're getting our hands on as many as possible, but if your interested you'd be smart to order now. Hard telling how long we'll have to wait for the second run, but I'm told production will be very limited.

As New Englands Only Authorized Warehouse Distributor for HKS we're anticipating very high demand in the North East for this part number. The New Exhaust System features Mirror Polished Stainless Steel Piping and Dual Titanium Tips. HKS has truely outdone itself on R&D, and Quality again......

You let us know when you get pictures. Then we will think about ordering.

People buy what they see, and if you want to wait for me to upload the pics I understand. I will do so when I can. In the meantime for those who already know the HKS quality and have confidence enough in their product, then I would try to get in on this first lot.

Well if there are no pictures, could you describe it to us.

We know it is polished and has dual tips.

Are they double wall tips or single wall and what diameter.
Are the tips straight or angled?
Is it a true dual system or one that incorporates a Y pipe?
Is is a single rear muffler across the back (like stock), dual mufflers like Ingen or something else entirely?
Are there any dyno numbers?

Chris

The exhaust system is a true dual cat back, no Y pipe. It connects directly to your cats with true dual 60mm piping and 120mm adjustable tips; meaning there are two set screws on each tip that allows you to slide the tip back and forth making it as short or long as you need to, depending on whether your car is stock or has some sort of body kit on it. This greatly helps to prevent any fitment problems or heat/melting issues. Horsepower gains are approximately 12rwhp. No dyno sheets or pics yet. As soon as either are available, they will be posted by us immediately. If you are interested in purchasing this exhaust or have further questions about it, please feel free to give us a call at the 800 number below!

Best regards,

Mike

If retail is around 1500 or less, i might be very interested. I'm more interested in the noise level though. I have the RSR right now and and shying away from a loud exhaust. I want to go more towards the other end of the spectrum.

hks usa will be e-mailing us all the info this afternoon on the specs and numbers. i would expect it to sound similar to all the other hi-power exhaust nice low deep tone but will have the awsome dual v6 tone that these cars produce.
