Default HKS Exhaust Installed

I got my HKS installed on my Z a couple of days ago and it sounds really nice. Tell me what you guys think.

Thanks for looking.

Damn! Nice pick..I got a SB Z too. I'm glad it looks soo good on the SB b/c I'm thinking about getting one myself. Can you comment on the sound? If you can, I would love to see some video clips of your car!

Its sounds awesome, does not drone when cruising but when at WOT is sounds like a beast. I'll be sure to get videos once I get them made.

Ditto. phalocke, is your engine stock other than the HKS exhaust? Or at least stock cats and headers? If so, i'd love to hear a sound clip to hear what this exhaust sounds like without aftermarket cats or headers.

Edit: saw your post, can't wait for the video. But I still would like to know about your exhaust setup.

Yeah my Z is totally stock with the exception of the HKS exhaust. I'll try to get some videos up as soon as I get a chance.

I got the HKS exhaust for $1400 from RL3 Motorsports, I think that is pretty much the going rate for them.

He's getting a video of the sound soon if that's what you mean. Or are you talking performance as well?

I can't feel any real performance gains but I love it for the sound alone.
