Default Should I replace my Plenum Gaskets??

im taking off my plenum to get it polished. i was wondering if i should be replacing the intake and TB gaskets w/ new ones when i put the plenum back on - even if the stock ones are in good shape and i dont tear them??

engine has 11k miles...

any advice??

the upper plenum, and throttle body gaskets are like plastic, i don't think they'll tear... some people re-use them when installing afttermarket plenums... i got new ones just to be safe when installing my crawford

The gaskets are made of stamped sheet metal sandwiched in a thin black foam rubber so they wont tear.

You don't need to replace it, but if you want to, they only cost about 5-6 dollars.
