Default $95 resonated test pipes?....

Hey guys,

Been thinkin about gettin test pipes for a while now, couldn't bring my self to spend $400 on resonated ones, so i was gonna buy non-resonated ones and weld in my own resonators($15-$20 each), but then, when i went on ebay to bid on a set of normal ones, i came across these CLICK

Seems like a good deal, but the resonators look smaller than the kinetix ones

Anyone ever try these?

if not, I might have to be the first!

They are defiently smaller, probably because they put them on the other end than Kinetix so less room. The kinetix ones are towars the header side while these seem to be towards the y-pipe side.

Not sure if the resonator will be enough or if the location will have the same effect, but for 95 bucks you can't go wrong. Although 20 nucks for shipping. The guy sells a lot and good rating so good chance quality is good.

Anxious to hear reviews and sound clips if possible!! I assume these can just be bolted up and dont need to be welded right? I want to be able to change it back for inspections time.

that is definately a sweet deal, I should buy them all up and put our name on them!!!

Someone should definately buy a set and do a review on them because their quality seems to be good, and the price is definately right.

They look like LaBree test pipes. I just bought a set off a guy for $275.00. So yeah......you did better. Good find.

looks like a good buy- just the theme "too good to be true" comes to mind. but like you said, test pipe is a test pipe, can't go too wrong! be sure to check out the inside of the pipes- looking back at the seller's reviews, there was one incident with an accord owner buying a "high flow resonated cat pipe" that ended up being a straight pipe (no resonator). so just be on the lookout for that. otherwise, definitely post up your impressions- great find!

I looked at the welds from what I could see in the pictures. They look pretty good. Not like my helix, these pipes are prolly done by hand. I bet this is an awesome deal though.

Default Pipes

How did you do the "buy it now" of $95?
Maybe I'm blind, but all I could see was "bid" price, no $95 "B.I.N."

Thanks

the seller had about 5 of them and they have all been bought using buy it nows axcept for the one currently on bid. I cantacted the seller last night about a possible group buy. He also replied to aan email about the stock o2 sensers still being able to be used but he did not make any gurantees that it would not thow a CEL. He stressed the fact that these were RACE pipes.
