Question who has resonated test pipes?

I'm getting a set of kinetix resonated test pipes and i was wondering what you guys that have them think about the sound and performance...They're replacing the old style kinetix high flow cats under warrenty that cracked on the bracket that connects under the trans. I also have to give kinetix a big thumbs up for taking care of this issue for me, great customer service

i just ordered some Megan Racing Resonated Testpipes... they have 1 small resonator on the end of it, unlike kinetix's big resonator on the upper end... they were 115$ish shipped..... im going to take them to a muffler shop and ask them to weld in 2 big resonators Kinetix style so i will have dual resonated testpipes for wayy cheaper then kinetix's and they will hopeuflly sound nice,... ill make a thread on them as soon as im done

i have kinetix resonated test pipes. they definitely change the normal vq sound. i think it is a little deeper now, and a little louder when on the gas. at idle it is very quiet still - to the point that sometimes if i leave the car on but get out, then get back in - im not sure if the car is on or off. as for performance, my butt dyno isn't very sensitive but im pretty sure i made some hp from this mod. ive never dynoed though - and it would be pretty useless to now since i dont have a base dyno.

awesome quote in your sig btw. super troopers is one of the best movies, ever.

i have 'em, and i used to run their cats. these are louder but not overly so, prolly cuz i have the stock bpipe and muffler. personally, i like the louder sound. i can still have a phone conversation over the sound. hard to tell performance diff over their cats. didn't throw cel.

I have an injen ses so hopefully they won't be that much louder then the high flow cats. This last weekend i just put on my topspeed headers and it sounds a little deeper over the stock ones and its really nice at wot.

thanks, the injen isn't much louder than stock at idle either, but it lets me know it's there when i open her up, my butt dyno isn't that great either but i know it's faster then when i began
