They don't seem to have enough orders to really make any of their own parts cause they need a certain amount of orders to have the parts made.
The spherical bearing kit fell thru. 2 months of them holding onto my money and still no definite answer on if they'd be able to get a kit out to me, i had to ask for my money back.

Has anybody spoken with BJ lately regarding what will become of 350EVO ?

I was there monday having some work done. I cant really make any comments on their business cause i dont know but the shop is as full as always just mainly with Porsches and a Daytona Prototype racecar. But to me it seems like business is well just not enough time and too much money needed to put those new parts into production. As for BJ I think his personal 350Z is for sale... I am actually headed to there today and can ask about an update on the Intake Manifold.

I am passing on the info i heard a couple of hours ago from BJ. The Intake Manifold project is as of this point GONE. They feel the market is too saturated to even break even and there is too much junk competeing with the product that would cost a significant more. It may be helpful in a sense of the car market but not so much in the business sense.
350evo is taking racing in new directions, they are now racing Daytona Prototype racecars. pic below
That doesnt leave a ton of time but as of now they will continue with current products...
I say this as a customer and a consumer who listens when people talk... This has no official backing just me and BJ BSing.

I'm going to cry now. Man, I was waiting for this thing forever. Oh well, I guess the wait continues for something else. Wasn't there a company that was making something similar to ITB's with velocity stacks that sat on top of the lower plenum or head? B-line or something like that?

Sorry to hear about this.
I have to admit, even if it meant more competition in an increasingly tighter market, I was interested in seeing what they could do. A completely new intake manifold certaintly will have a new kind of power potential.
And a completely new manifold is not easy to do either. Even if you get the casting exactly right on the first design iteration it takes a lot of $$$ to get there.

it'd be nice to see BJ race a Nissan/Infiniti daytona prototype racecar...i'm sick of watching Pontiacs rule the field in that class
not sure if Nissan has thought about a daytona prototype car though but to keep up with the Lexus Riley...4.5L V8 please Nissan...please beat pontiac.
