Default throttle body

i wanna get a larger throttle body, but i was wondering if the throttle body is much larger than stock, it'll lose low end power.. something like 75mm.... i saw this drag racer pushing 595whp and his throttle body is an Accufab 75mm, and i think it uses cable linkage.. i was thinking of using the same set up. how can i make this work? i dont want to get my throttle body bored out because i have to put the original body back on during emissions testing in CA.. or if anybody has info on other companies offering throttle bodies for a 350z...please lemme know...so anybodys help would be appreciated!
