How is the borla exhaust? How is the sound (low)? Does it produce good hp gains? Is there anything that is as cheap, but better?

These are some questions that I was wondering because I am looking on getting a exhaust system, and I am unsure of which one to get.

We use borla mufflers in our exhaust systems. But we use stainless steel piping (wont rust) and everything is tig welded compared to the mild steel borla uses.
