Question Headers installation write up available?

Anyone have a write up on removing the stock manifolds with pics? I wouldn't mind spending a weekend working on it at home with tools and a buddy.

Does anyone know if you approach the bolts from the top or bottom and what kind of stuff you need to remove to get to it?

TIA
