Is the nismo cold air intake louder without the Air bypass filter also know to keep water from going into the intake? If i remove the that piece will the intake be louder and will I suck up water into the intake manifold??

 

I don't completely understand your question. Are you asking whether or not removing the air filter will make you intake sound louder? If so, let me ask you...do you have any idea what can happen if you do remove the filter??
