Default Pop charger install ?

All in all very easy. (but) there is always a "but"

But how in the hell do you mount those tiny little screws that attach the air duct to the heat shield. Yeah yeah.. i know you have to punch or drill holes.. thats fine.

Im wondering how do you get a screw driver in thier to tighten them when you have them lined up?

Any tips would be loved and admired.

I used a small screw driver at an angle after drilling pilot holes.

I had a tough time with that too. I ended up just doing one hole. I have not had any problems. What looks easy and is supposed to take 20 minutes took me closer to two hours due to the darn little holes and the heat shield!

It was easy for me to drill the holes. I just took the screws, and screwed them into the plastic by hand.

I took a small Allen wrench and heated it up with a lighter and burned two small holes in the plastic for the screws to go through. Worked very well, alot easier than a drill IMO.

I used the tip of a soldering iron to poke the holes and it went through like butter....then just used a really short phillips head to screw them in.
