If installed correctly, you should not get the Check Engine Light. Check to make sure there's no leak and you reinstalled everything back properly.

By chance did you unplug the MAF sensor? This will do it if you had the ignition on.

You can reset the ECU by the pedal reset method or you can simply disconnect your negative battery terminal and let it sit for a couple hours. Reconnect it and the CEL should be gone.

If it still comes on, check to see if the OIL FILL grommet isn't stuck inbetween the plenum sealing surfaces. The spacer itself can't cause a CEL when installed properly.

Did you remove the wax paper from the sticky gaskets? If you need more just give me a PM with your adress and I will send them out free of charge.

Thank's for the help and spacer. I disconnect the negative battery for a few hours and now it's running great. no more light
