Here is a dyno from Alphawerks. Our headers produce +21hp and +15tq proven.

Intake: doesn't matter since stock is VERY well designed and no aftermarket intake will provide any dyno proven gains. It is only a mod for the sake of a mod.

Plenum(upper intake manifold): Crawford is the least restrictive. APS will have one out soon that will be equal in performance, probably superior in build quality

Headers: Crawford has the highest gains, but is a very difficult install. Nismo is a close second

Exhaust: APS or Nismo: These have the highest quality construction and nice sound without being obnoxious. APS is heavy however. Nismo is lighter than stock.

This is it for basic bolt-on mods. Expect about 15-18hp gain if you do them all in the right combination...and there in lies the key. The wrong combiantion can net you ZERO gain. Don't expect miracles in performance here. The Z engine is fairly highly tuned and optimized as it is for power and torque. Gain in power will almost certainly cost a little low end torque. Anyone who tells you that you will gain more than this is full of it. Companies will make all sorts of claims and even show some dyno graph, but the results are not repeatable in independent testing. You will feel a little freer/harder pull in the mid-upper rpm range with these mods but I wouldn't expect any consistently repeatable decrease in 0-60 or 1/4 mile times.

I went with Nismo products, and the engine does feel crisper, nicer, maybe a hair faster, but that's all.
