Default the jwt popcharger's filter is blue, right?

is the jwt popcharger's filter blue or grey? or do they sell both colors?
i could have sworn it was blue when i installed it a couple of weeks ago, but when i opened my hood today it was grey.

the only explanation i can think of is that the filter is grey but the oil that comes on it is blue.

the oil they spray on the filter is blue. its called recharging oil. the filter itself is grey/silver and the oil is blue, so all you have to do is unclamp the filter wash it out. let it dry then go to pep boys or order the recharging oil online.

Hope this helps,
Jay

how often do you clean your filter?
my filter is only a few weeks old,it shouldn't need to be cleaned allready.

i have had mine for about 2-3 months and have yet to clean it. i am not sure how long you are really supposed to wait between cleaning. i am cleaning mine this week. i would assume once a month or once every other month should be good.

Hope this helps

I recharge mine every other oil change so around 6500-7000 miles....and no you dont need to clean it so soon.
