damn, the exhaust is turning out to sound really nice. Is there any way you can get some videos up of it reving, and some drive by's?

Z1 - I would also love to hear your fujitsubo Ti combo! I am considering both of these exhausts along with the HKS ti and Amuse Ti.
How are the sound differences on these 4 exhausts? I have heard a few clips online, but haven't yet to hear any in person.
Thanks

there is no such thing as an HKS Ti - it was only made for the TAS show, not something they ever produced

I mean the new HKS TD with Ti tips...is there a big difference in sound or loudness between these 4 exhausts? (HKS, Amuse, ARC, and Fujitsubo) I want something that has more of an exotic tone, but a little deeper than normal exotic cars. I want something that keeps the signature tone of the Z. Also, do any of them have alot of rasp?
thanks,
Jon

there is honestly no way anyone can accurately answer that unless they have had all 4 systems on their own car.

If you have test pipes, headers, cams, etc all affect how the exhaust note will sound

All of these will fit your bill ion terms of exotic...the Amuse can be considered the rapiest of the bunch, but its not raspy like an Injen or topspeed is..I cannot say what the ARC is like as Chris has the only one ARC has shipped here

bottom line, it comes down to budget......the HKS and the rest are not in even a close price range to each other...the ARC, Fuji and Amuse are all over $2k, and are all just midpipes and rear sections...HKS is a true dual.

Overall my favorite sounding exhaust, regardless of maker, is still the Amuse.....in person, the car is as close to an F355/360 as a Z can ever achieve. My next favorite is my own (Fuji Ti). The HKS also sounds great, but its a different sound altogether...plenty of clips online to judge that one by

I have a vid of it revving up.. but I need to edit it for size.

I will get vids.. I have the next week off. I'll go out to the track and see if I can bring/hire a camera man for the day.

But, listening to the vid I had of revving.. it doesn't even come close.. this thing sounds like a freakin orchestra going off in a closet. Pure sex.

I had a bunch, but I lost a hard disc.

I will take more soon. Possibly tomorrow if I can find a camera man at the track .

haha.. i can only imagine what the endless/zeal combo % is ...

I bought this car to keep it. I have no reason or need to ever let it go, so it doesn't really matter how much I put in. As long as I still enjoy it.

Peace.

Also interested in this exhaust and the Fuji too. But now that I have the TNetics kit installed my car sounds aweful (NISMO exhaust). Hoping one of these will fill the bill. (cant do Amuse since Mike has it).

yep. Changed a lot on the tailpipe section before the muffler.

I'm not sure how to describe loud. I have headers now so it's hard to say if it got louder.

It sounds great. I would venture to say it's noticeable. Loud, yes. Annoyingly loud, no imho.

what size piping does the ARC Ti have? Is it 3" piping? It looks smaller from the pics.
Pretty sure the Amuse is 3" though.
