Default Water leak - exhaust

Guys,

Any ideas why I have water leak from the Injen SES? The leak occurs between the end of the first pipe connecting the second pipe (near the sway bar).

When I say first pipe, meaning the pipe closiest to the engine (cat).

Btw, yesterday I removed that connection to install my rear sway?

Any concern for this type of leak? I will tighten, but like to know what is causing?
