Does adding exhaust cancel warranty

Looking to put rsr gt-2 exhaust on however want to keep the warranty that came with my new 05 Z.... Is that possible, or does any exhaust mod void the warranty??

As long as the modification does not cause something to fail then you are ok... you can do anything you want to your car.
