Default SSR /Speed force racing intake manifold-& pics(need help)

Has anyone besides me have put this thing on a turbo'd car?
heres a link for pics of mine, I'm trying to contact ssr to figure out how they hooked up thiers on thier turbo'd car, since this intake manifold doesn't come with all the conections like the stock plenum does. Read what I posted on the middle of the link to try and help me out.

I would just tap a few fittings onto it. Like even if you only need one or two now, go ahead and make 4 or so fittings and just plug them for stuff you might put on in the future.

I noticed that when I saw one in person, here is a pic of where they tapped into the manifold, there towards the front of it, this is from SSR.

If that is true well I'm not gonna pay more money to have this tapped into since I've already paid over 900 for it. Also what if it still doesn't run right after that, then I can't send it back and I lost out on 900 bucks, also theres a pressure line that comes off the passenger side valve cover and goes into the stock plenum, where does this line go now? We tapped into the one coming off the left side but its still a problem.

You need to either tap a new manifold fitting, or just T and join the hoses up. The cleaner way to do it, is to tap a new fitting for your pressure gauge/wastegate, as shown in the pic that Gus posted up.

There should also be a little metal fitting, that you use to bridge the stock coolant lines towards the rear of the manifold.

I called on Friday but I think it was too late over there. So I just wondered if anyone had any suggestions for the time being.

I T'd off the brake booster line and thats whats killing my braking while braking off of boost. If you see in the first picture from the link you can see how it was T'd off. We even took that off and still had a little problem with braking and still can't get back up to 8lbs of boost. It seems like I have a boost leak now after installing the manifold.
I'll just talk to ssr tomorrow and find out whats going on.

If the manifold flows more air, your boost should drop is what i understand.

If it flows more air, then that means that there is less restriction, and that more air is flowing through the system. Less resistence should make you produce less peak boost if nothing else has changed.

I had a Ford Lightning and when i ported the intake plenum and put on long tube headers i lost about 2psi of peak boost, but gained 37whp.

Only with a supercharger setup. With a turbo setup, you should boost the same level, as the boost pressure is fixed by the wastegate, and is somewhat disconnected from the amount of air the engine can injest.

Now, backpressure can have an impact on turbo spool and boost pressure, but the effect by swapping intake manifolds should be negligable.

I lost about 2lbs of boost, and lost 40 something rwhp. Also I lost braking power while getting off boost to slow down or just to come to a complete stop. I'm waiting for Albert to call me back right now. He said I need to remove the check valve and tap into the intake manifold with a 1/8 inch valve so I can run my vacuum line for my bov and vacuum feed to to the fuel system.

I talked with Rayden yesterday(on the fourth no less) and it seems as though some of his plumbing was not right. He was pressurinzing his crankcase which is why he lost boost and power. Hopefully we got him straightened out.

so why tf would a company release something that requires detailed installation without any instructions at all? (we all know the answer to that one)
