Default topspeed headers

Can anyone share their install experiences? Did you use the provided gaskets that came with the TS? Or did you buy new OEM ones?

I ended up using the Top Speed gaskets since Nissan was closed this weekend. Anyone know the gauge of steel they use to make the TS headers? I hope they dont crack down the road (I'll be staying NA)

Also, does anyone have a link to member's dynos with TS headers?
Thanks

I used the new gaskets that came with the TS headers...so far so good. Before I installed them I went by GRD and asked them about the new gaskets vs OEM. They said the new gaskets are fine...

I'm getting a dyno this Saturday. Problem is I have a few n/a mods, but no RE-Flash and I'm running the stock exhaust. It will be interesting to say the least.

I have TS headers too.
I'm getting my dyno Friday@AAM, as well as the flash (pre and post flash dyno). Won't be much fun on the way back for me, supposed to be raining pretty bad.

Good luck on the dyno zquick.

I'll keep an eye out for your results Dissolved, good luck to you too. I'm taking mine to GRD. I hope I can hit 260whp...maybe wishful thinking. These mods say something’s changed though; I spanked a Boxter last night on a 20mph roll after I played with him. He looked over at me and grinned with his girlfriend by his side. Then punched it after I was taunting him. In a second I was by his side listing to his baby scream, at that point I took off, I couldn't stop laughing. It's getting out of control actually... I'm trying to play with M3's now. I just want to see what she can do being all Naturaaal

lol. Smoking porsches is the best. M3 owners are even cockier. If you hit 260whp, you will be able to give the M3s a nice little scare. I'm hoping for 260 too. Make sure you post your A/F ratio . Do you have a plenum? That will lean you out up top a little. You planning to go with the flash?

I'll post in here tomorrow afternoon when I get back

I ended up getting 248whp @ 6300 and 245lbft @ 4681. No flash and stock exhaust. They used a Dynapack dynometer. This bolts on to your hub. Takes other factors out like wheel mass and diameter. It's load based. I'll post the data tomorrow, no means at this point.

I have a CAI, AAM spacer, TS headers and Helix HF cats...

Overall I'm happy I hit around 244lbft at 4000rpm then it would dip and go back up.

Nice numbers. Get a pulley , exhaust and flash and you should be in the 260 range no problem. I'm going with a custom test pipe concoction as we speak ...with a few other "little" things

How was your A/F ratio?
