Shoot, I thought this was a thread on cold air and what a difference it makes in the performance of our n/a Zzzzs! My baby bogs when it's 90'... I can't wait till fall.

We know this is a lame thread but lets answer his question. As new intakes have come out.


The stock setup...

Anything longer loses power.

Go with a SR intake like the JWT or K&N Typhon.

I've heard nothing but great things about the new injen cai.......but if you don't have the money go for the jwt popcharger.

billy recommends the stock setup....i have not seen a cai that is absolutely hands down better than the stock design. go with a k&n drop in for now and see what develops

I like the Stillen CAI. Its very well shrouded to keep the engine compartment heat out. And its pretty darn loud too.

errr my two cents...I'm not sure if there are dyno proven increases from any of the CAI or short rams (too many posts to filter out)...but from my POV....most CAI are for looks and sound and the NISMO looks hawt to me (well looks hot in the box...yet to install mine!)
