Default Rasp with testpipes with stock exhaust

I'm planning on getting some test pipes soon. I've done lots of reading, I just wanted to know will the rasp be really bad with stock exhaust? which test pipes ..non/res give the best gains in your opinion...thanks

non-res: lots of rasp. res: less rasp. with both, you get lots of gas odor. if you have an 05, you'll prolly get a cel.

The consensus is that the non-resonated test pipes with a stock exhaust is pretty much unbearable.

Resonated test pipes or simply gutting your cats is preferable. I just happened to order a set of resonated test pipes from ebay that should be delivered today and installed with my stock exhaust this weekend.

Pics and review to come Saturday

Edit: Also, to avoid a CEL, search for the Help! or "non-fouler" method. It's what I'll be trying on my 05'.
