Default Greddy sp2 exhaust

Has anyone heard about the greddy sp2 exhaust such as power gains and if it sounds good. Greddy usually makes a good exhaust system and the price is really good which is unheard of from greddy. So any info on the exhaust would be helpful.

The sp2 is basically like the stock exhaust... it's just tiny bit louder than stock and might give you some gain... if you want power, I would suggest to look into another exhaust system. What are you looking to get from an exhaust, gain? sound? looks? ... what's your budget?

+1^^^^^^^^

i almost got the sp2 but did a long search and decided not to. the only thing that pursuaded me to get the EVO2 instead was for the looks and sound. i sacrificed by paying pretty much almost twice as mush as the sp2 just for those two things.

if price is and issue then by all means. the sp2 is an excellent system. but you should try and look a little more. i found other systems out there for about the same price and don't look stock and a tad bit louder. you shouldn't really worry about gains though. it's all pretty much the same.

hope that helped

I have the SP2 which is great for those on a budget who want the looks, the altered sound and the weight savings. Exhaust gains are minimal to begin with so I don't think i'm missing much by changing the muffler to the SP2 and using the rest of my money on high flow cats y-pip plenum and Crank Pulley which would yield more gains than a catback.

Isn't the SP2 just a muffler replacement? Meaning it doesn't have a midpipe? If so, that's why it's such a bargain. I would go with Tanabe if you want something that isn't a total rip (1.5k for exhaust is rediculous) but is awesome quality, sounds great, and produces gains.
