Anything with a rating of 600. Wilwood and Motul come to mind and it is actully brake fluid.

ate or motul was rec by doug at crawford, and that's only if you boil your fluid. no need for it, otherwise.

sorry to ask... but how do you know if the clutch oil (gear box oil I assmue) is boiling??? I know after my fujitsubo headers, the gearbox becomes quite HOT and even after 1 hours of resting, the box is still too hot to touch though...

cheers,

richie

oh you know when it happens. you go to shift, and your clutch loses all resistance, and you can't shift. fun times.

clutch oil?

you mean clutch fluid right?

yeah pedal just goes to the floor as if nothing was holding it up. And then it stays there until you lift it back up with your foot

you'll know it.

Scared the crap out of me the very first time it happened

Yup...Motul....Elf...any will work...it happened to me for the first time last weekend during some particularly HARD flogging of my car....it is a very...um....unsettling experience. You also may want to consider going with a SS braided and shielded line...Mossy Performance sells them for like $40... Link: http://www.mossyperformance.com/product/?id=3270
