We try to send an instruction sheet with every plenum stating some of the install problems we have had in the past and directing customers to the full, detailed installation instructions posted on our website. Those instructions are very thorough and address all of the known installation issues to guarantee a trouble-free installation.

If occasionally we forget to include the instruction sheet, I apologize . We have sold well over 1500 plenums and yes, every once in a while we mess up.

I also tried to call him yesterday (but I must have a bad phone #) to make sure that he had everything else installed properly because he has stated that it makes more noise then the stock plenum and it should not .

If anybody ever needs assistance installing one of our products, please don’t hesitate to call 615-327-4159, or email us at crawfordzcar@comcast.net with a phone number for us to call you back.. We want our customers to be satisfied and we will help in any way we can.

Alright guys, here are the facts:
1. I did not get instructions with the plenum. Doug, I was disappointed of this.... However, I was not angry or anything. I'm glad I came in here and found the answers I needed. No problem!!! Solved... I'm happy.

2. Main problem when I first installed was I (because of no instructions) failed to plug up all the left over bolt holes. Once instructions were read.....No problem!!! Solved

3. After I got it all put back together, another vacuum leak. Car ran this time, but like crap.... Found out later I left one of the Air Flow Sensor bolts loose.... No Problem!!! Solved

4. Noise- this plenum is throatier and slightly louder than stock. Not hugely loud after I got all other items taken care of, but throatier and a little louder. Not annoyingly loud either.

So, bottom line, yes the instructions were missing, not a big deal. I can understand a mistake here and there. I actually got pretty good at taking the plenum on and off....

The plenum is a good quality piece and I have no complaints.

Conclusion- my knuckleheadedness actually caused my problems, not the plenum..... Problems are fixed and I am happy.

I really am surprised that another sponsor would say this about another sponsor, without some private dialog between those two sponsors. William - You can count me out as ever being a potential customer of Altered Atmosphere.

Crawford makes a quality product, has always made a quality product, and unlike many vendors really does his homework before releasing anything with the Crawford name on it.

I think we should all settle down and let this die.
