Default Installing Headers

I am having a Hell of a time installing the headers and getting the bolts off the passenger side, etc. PLEASE give me all your suggestions for those of you who have done it. IE, remove the AC, what lines to remove, if any, above or below, etc. Id really appriciate all your help. Also, do i need to reflash the ecu after all the bolt ons are done and how do I do that??

Hi there,

Not to sure about the install on the headers. But on the ECU reflash, I believe you have to send it to a place like techonosquare, where they do the tuning to your ecu. Good luck with the install.

Take off the rubber coolant lines, make sure to clamp them first. DOnt take the pipe out cause if you damamge the o-rings then you will have a coolant leak forever. Get a 14mm Rachetting Wrench helps a lot!!! Move the power steering reseivor and bracket.
