Well as we all know attention in our Z due to looks happens every now and then. Wheels, aftermarket aero parts bring out even more attention. People look and stare.

But i have noticed getting attention from my EXHAUST? In the last week i have caught people even on their knees to take a look under my bumper to look at the blinging HKS system. I have also caught a local security guy stopping and taking a look at it from his little kart. ..Kind of unusual wouldn't ya think so? Haha.

 

Not unusual. A neophyte is easily impressed with a shinny coat of wax and a set of trick wheels.

An enthusiast looks under the car where all the cool stuff is: headers, test pipes, cat-back exhaust…

 

Agreed... I tend to only really ogle a car when the hood is popped. I'd prefer to see the stuff that makes power. Hence the people looking at your exhaust.
And if theyre looking at it... kudos!

 

I guess its time for me to get an HKS exhaust system...to bad there on back order though...
