Default All NA: Better with Cats or Test Pipes?

I've been debating this in my head for a week or so now... I just purchased the JIC Spartan DE 2 (80mm piping) and Intense Y-Pipe (80mm piping), my question is... would it be better to get test pipes or high flow cats??? i'mthinking i need some backpressure since the car is basically going all motor, buti'm not sure about this? what do you guys think?

flame suit on for the FI guys.
