Default should I buy these?

Did a search for these and couldnt find anything. So, should I go for it? I dont want my car to wind up sounding like a fart-can honda civic, thats the only thing that gives me pause.

If you're staying NA, I'd say go with some good HF Cats.

The price right but you realize that there are no plugs for the sensors?

So you are telling him that those 2 O2 bungs under the resinated piece are not really there?

I changed out some cracked test pipes with these and I have to say that so far, they are excellent. Sound-wise, they sound much better than the non-resonated pipes I had before. You really can't go wrong with the price, and performance-wise, most test pipes dyno around the same. Go with hf cats if you don't want to worry about switching out your pipes for emissions.

My apologies. I didn't look close enough at the photos.

Well, we dont have any emissions laws here. We just have visual inspections and no sniffers. With every place around here as incompetent as they are about everything else, theyll probably just look at those test pipes and think that they are cats.

I did not know those were made by megan, a few searches for intensepower.com test pipes, or intense power testpipes yeilded no results.

After reading all of those threads....I have concern that getting my stillen SS with those test pipes will crack them.

what do you think?

Honestly I would go with some high flow cats before I would test pipes if staying NA.

But before that I would go with a nice big plenum. Remember your Z has to inhale in order to exhale.

Are you talking about stillen headers? Even the test pipes that did crack on me didn't do so for 2 years. They were much thinner than the Megan pipes.

If I knew I was staying NA I'd consider the XERD Long-tube headers, or possibly wait for 350EVO's headers (cover to the point of the Y-pipe, in case anyone was wondering about it).
