Default Opinion please

So I have searched and debated for a while now, I think I am going to go with this set up, please let me know what u think, will everything fit well, and work well together? will I need a reflash?

strup headers
helix test pipes
Borla TD exhaust
JWT pop charger
AAM plenum spacer

So far my Z is completely stock except for the audio/video setup.

Thank you all for the replies.
Also plan to do the pulley set in the future.

all those mods will work well together from what we've seen and know about each. Your exhaust system mods should bolt together nicely. They are designed to work with stock components respectfully, so each component should mate to the others without any issues regarding fitment, etc.. and of course, the pop charger and spacer are not affected by any of the other exhaust mods on your list. Go for it! You'll be VERY happy with that combo and the gains you'll experience. And sure, a reflash would be a good thing after you're done with the installs.

Some good reading about the Strup headers to help confirm your choice can be found here:
