Default 350Z and G35 stock exhaust, the same?

I have a friend here who's thinking about getting a G35. Unfortunately, it has a single tip exhaust already on it. He'd like to go back to a stock setup, or a dual-tip at least. I have a borla TD coming for my 350 in a couple days, and I was wondering if my exhaust would fit the G35 from the cats back? I'm guessing probabally not, but there's no harm in asking, right?

They're essentially the same except the Bpipe on the G35 is about 6 inches longer and my guess is that the tips also stick out further on the G35.

Is this a coupe or sedan? I would assume a coupe and I am pretty sure they are the same excpet for that the G35 exhaust is longer. Just tell your friend to go to a good muffler shop and they can add some piping.
