results of basic power adders to the newer 300hp motor....
I had heard someone mention that the newer 300hp motor would respond much better to the basic bolt-on type mods due to the improved variable valve configuration. Any confirmation of this?
The MREV works really good. Here are two of the most recent independant dynos. All show a massive increase in area under the curve, along with a wider power band.

The above MREV dynos are from modified 04 lower collectors with a 5/16" spacer on a REVUP engine so the curve shape on theirs and yours should be similar. With the exception being in the effect of variable exhaust cam timing and a higher redline limit.
EDIT: Oh yeah... I should add that MREV is not a mod to increase the peak HP. Its a mod for increased area under the curve.

right. it's a true torque mod - something you'll notice more than added HP - especially on street cars where you're primarily working in the mid rpm range.
HP sells cars, torque wins races.
