Default exhaust too low to the ground?

I have the topspeed pro1 and the pipe that comes across from the mid pipe to the passenger side canister seems way too low to the ground i havnt measured it but id say 2-3 inches above the ground. Does anyone else have similar problems with the topspeed (or RSR i suppose) This could be a problem if i decide to lower it when i get the new rims in a few months.

thanks!

Matt
