Default Got my Motordyne 5/16" Isotherm today

Ordered from Performance Nissan. Great shippers

Anyways, how long will this sucker take to install? maybe 45 mins to an hour?
I'm figuring to feel the most gains from this combined with the nismo CAI and exhaust. Should be a nice mod

and if things progress in the next few months as I hope they do, I'll be sellin the CAI and throwing on a vortech kit

I thought it was a bad idea to go with a plenum spacer if you go FI...

hey, if it's bad, I'll just yank it off. I don't think it will be provided I torque it down right. If it blows gaskets i'll have a couple copper ones made or just double up.

Glad I saw this! Do the bolts need to be torque down?

it's very wise to torque them to FSM Specs, and in the particular order, yes.

Yes.
The installation instructions are very specific and detailed. Read and understand the instructions before starting, and you will have a smooth and easy install.

You can download an electronic copy of them off our website for review.

The spacer is probably good up to 100+ psi.

In any case, the spacer can handle a lot more boost than the engine could take.

Hydrazine
Would your spacer seriously compliment a single or TT system at low boost levels?

ZBOY recently put a 1/4" spacer on his HKS SC and made 17 WHP with no other changes. And there are many spacers on many TT's, but I havn't actually seen a "pre/post" dyno of a spacer on a TT. Still waiting....

At a minimum, it will do at least as good as NA. At most, (estimate) it would do about twice as good NA.
If you would like to pre/post dyno it, I completely encourage it.

I just installed the 5/16 spacer on top of the nismo cai/exhaust and there was def. a difference. The pull seems smoother and throughout the power band. The best $200 Ive ever spent Im done modding until I go FI...lol

My question is for those in the colder temps: Did you get the Copper TB Heater?
