Default My aps test pipes

I ordered my APS test pipes and I'm still waiting on them. When I put them on I plan to use the Help method to trick my computer so my SES light doesnt come on. What I was wondering is, is there a way to reset my computer so I wont even have to do that?? Maybe to where it would recognize the change.

GRD almost always has them instock.

As far a as a reset goes, you can follow theTS reset procedure or just unplug the battery. This will get rid of a SES light, but will not prevent it from coming back. The Help! method is the easiest/cheapest way to keep the light from coming back.

Straight pipes are straight pipes, but with that said, APS are nice. they are nicer than helix or kinetix that I have seen in person. They include studs rather than nuts and bolts to provide a mre stock like install to the manifolds. And include the nuts and bolt need to bolt up to a catback exhaust. In a addition they include the nuts/bolts and brackets to attach to the tranny brace (though I will admit, that is not needed) and includes a set of gaskets for the catback end. No other set of test pipes that I have seen comes this complete.

Now add it, they are 2.5", where as nearly every other brand is 2.25, and you have thicker flanges and nicer welds in comparsion to helix or kinetix(two brands I have seen first hand) and there are plenty of reasons to choose APS over others.

FYI, the only comparable test pipes quality wise I have seen to the APS are the labrees. As far as included hardware, none that I have seen come with all the necessay bolts. With the Helix, we had to run to the hardware store to pick up some nuts and bolts to finsh the install. APS comes with everything needed to install.

Instead of the "HELP!" method you could also use oxygen simulators.

The ones I have seen don't work for the Z. Besides, there is no cutting, splicing, or modifcation needed to install the nonfoulers. they cost about 10 bucks and are 100% removable in a matter of a few minutes
