The HKS Hi-Power Dual Ti is full stainless polished piping and muffler with a Ti tip.

HKS also offers a special order JDM full ti system of a different design, but you dont want to know how much that one is and how long it takes to get

I understand that. I'm a fire fighter and have to work with water flow through hoses. And what you are refering to is friction loss, but I still doubt the gain/loses are of any measurable amount.
