California and High Cat Flow
California is probably one of the strictest states regarding emission. My question is what if you got pulled over by a CHP and he notices that you have a high cat flow installed (CARB legal), will he issue you a ticket for replacing the OEM catalytic converter?
Also, if you got into an accident with a high cat flow installed and the police officer noted on the police report that you replaced your OEM CC, will it affect anything when the insurance adjuster reads the police report and finds out a high cat flow is installed?

i hear that you cannot change out the cat on your car unless you have at least 50K on your car.... if you happen to have your cat busted prior to that, it must be replaced by an OEM....
