New Ebay Exhaust
that looks very low quality dawgs, ...like a low metal value. Check to see if its even true stainless . I rather stay stock spent the 200 on a titanium shifter or a sway bars etc
hey man... think you can post some video clips or sound clips?
If the thing sounds nice and you can get new tips.. i would do that... cuase imo those tips are so ugly... maybe if you coudlnt see the weldings they might look a little better...

Well it is stainless, and i will post the sound clips soon, i am goin to cut the tips off an weld some new ones on the exhaust and the axle back portion with new tips for 100 plus shipping to make back some of my losses... i dont mind the tear drop but you are right its not the best quality, My plan is to use the Bpipe and make a new axle back with a single outlet authentiv HKS carbon ti muffler and roll the back fender.
You could have gotten a custom B pipe made cheaper for than $200. :P Honestly, I'm not sure why you just didn't return it when you saw it didn't look like advertised picture. :P
edit: Ohhh and you cut the left tip down too.. guess returning it is really impossible now.

Ebay has been good to me for random things like building my computer and finding deals on brake rotors and replacement parts, i took a chance and dont think anything bad really happened, im not going to send it back to much hassle ill just change the tips and sell it super cheap to a friend who im sure will appreciate the graciousness.
Love how this one blew up after i got it... Before it was like good luck, glad to see someone has *****, now all the ney sayers are like eww, omg wtf, well hindsight is 20/20 biatch. But like i said i am able to salvage some and have a decent b pipe for my future project, so to this i say... You take a chance in everything in life, some more risky than others... I guess im a risk taker... But all good pioneers are. Even with cahnging the tips out its still a decent buy.
honestly i dont think it is nearly as bad as everyone is making it out to be. those tips are ugly but if u just cut the tear drop part of it off, it would look a lot better, and probably wont change the sound much at all!
go back to the picture from the side and look where they welded the extra tip, thats dumb, but just cut it right there! It would even still be angled down too!

I thought it didnt look bad at all in the auction, but if it showed up to my door looking like that, I wouldnt even have waited two seconds before i put it back in the box and was sending it back. That is a horrible weld on the tips that was not even close to what was advertised.
This isnt an issue of if its a good exhaust or not, its an issue that you did not get what was advertised and because of that you have something that IMO looks horrible. I would expect that on a really gnarly honda accord that a 16 year old welded up in his garage.

pretty or not...it can be improved...and you will still end up with a great deal on an exhaust system that you enjoy...so good luck to you man. I applaud your bravery and thanks for sharing with all of us

because it isnt, the tips may look sketchy but besides that and the inferior burnt tip design the rest is quite nice.
thanks for your input... glad you were around to see it first hand.

BTW, it's not a Megan Exhaust.

hey man, congrats for having the ***** to go through with everything, and posting up your impressions and pics despite the fact that you ended up with something that wasnt what you intended on getting. honestly if the tips were not hacked up and had a nice computer-tig weld, i think it wouldnt look too bad, but nevertheless like everyone else has said you could slap on some aftermarket/stock tips and be done with it for cheap. if you like the sound and gains, just modify what you've got there and be done with it. as long as you enjoy it, that's what counts. plus if you come up with a good, clean design with some different tips, it makes your exhaust that much more "your" exhaust. post up some sound clips if you get a chance, i'd be interested in hearing them.
