I ordered an APS test pipe and i have a borla td exhaust i there going to be any fitment issues since the test pipe is 2.5" and the exhaust is 2.25". Is there going to be any problems if they fit since they are 2 different diameters?

 

Nope.

The test pipe to exhaust manifold is 3 bolts. The bolts fit regardless of the inner diameter of either part.

The test pipe to exhaust is two bolts. The bolts fit regardless of the inner diameter of either part.

BTW for a first rate job buy some new gaskets.
