That's close if you are going through Nissan. I got mine a few weeks ago and my car salesman quoted me a real similar price. He gave me his "employee discount" and got it to $1150 installed or something like that after I balked a little on $13+.

'Flyer' means: The brochure they give you when you buy a new 350z, that says "Nismo"....'They told me' means the Dealer called after I asked about Nismo Cat-Back, and Dealer said price should be $1350 instead of $1100 brochure mentioned, etc.

Even the aftermarket parts are Nego thru the dealership.....Keep that in mind.
Don't buy MSRP.

ohhhh....I like the NISMO cat-back exhaust. But for $1,350 or $1,110, I think it is too much money. There are other choices for less than $1,100 that are of equal quality and performance. The NISMO name is expensive.

Um. They're asking $1200 + install. You paid $1200.

If the install will ensure some kind of warranty coverage then $1350 is acceptable. If it doesn't, you can get it installed for like $50 at almost any exhaust shop. $150 for the nismo install is steep....it's super easy.

Or just ask if they will install it for free if you buy it from them. They might prefer the $1200 sale over the 30mins of labor cost.

Hey, thanks again for taking such an active interest in a complete novice like me who is, basically, I hate to say it, 'clueless'. Normski

Hi: finally decided to get them from premier member MGL and his friend is installing them at his exhaust shop, all for less than what Dealer was going to charge me by quite a bit, Normski
