Default New to the Tuning Game.....

I have decided to start to jump into the first stages of minor tuning on my 2003 Touring Z. I have some questions concerning products I have found to start but would like some knowledge from the veterans out there who have seen or have these products on their own "Z"'s. Here is a list of those products I am wondering about, any help will be much appreciated!

1. Ultimate Racing True Dual Exhaust w/ HiFlow Cats Package
2. Gruppe M Carbon Fiber Intake w/ UTR Carbon Fiber Long Ram
3. ARC Titanium Cooling Panel (For Future Upgrades)
4. Altered Atmosphere Plenum Spacer
5. K&N Drop-In Air Filter
6. Varis Carbon Fiber Intake Duct (Cosmetic)

Yeah, reading numerous entries has taken me to search, and I have read them all, I guess what I am asking is with a budget of around 3500 for intake/exhaust what would you do or others who read this?

best for 3500 in my opinion...
$2500 for amuse ti
$400 for JIC y-pipe
leaves you $600
$100 for pro-1 test pipes (2.5inch)
$500 for ARC bling intake box
thats your 3500 dollars right there and you will have the hottest intake and exhaust pack lol
